Please arrive with your hair washed, fully dry and detangled, unless you have booked a wash. We’ll confirm any hair extensions or other requirements before your appointment.
How do prices and deposits work?
Your final price depends on the style, length and size. Choice will confirm your quote and deposit amount before you commit. A deposit comes off your final price.
Can I reschedule my appointment?
The brief proposes one reschedule with at least 48 hours’ notice. Please confirm the final policy with Choice before paying a deposit.
What if I’m running late?
Please contact Choice as soon as possible. The proposed grace period is 15 minutes; after this, your style may need to be shortened or your appointment moved. Confirm final terms when booking.
Do you style children’s hair?
Yes, children’s styling can be discussed with a parent or guardian. Send an enquiry with the preferred style and your child’s hair needs.
